Relist or Expired ID
This guide applies to both I Love Fourways and Blue Heart Communities members.
An expired ID means your Verified ID subscription is no longer active.
When your Verified ID expires or is cancelled, you lose permission to post in our Facebook community groups. Your Verified ID itself is not deleted — it is simply inactive.
Why a Verified ID Expires
- A subscription payment failed or was declined
- Your subscription was cancelled
- Your billing details are no longer valid
If your payment failed, posting access may be paused until payment is resolved.
How to Reactivate Your Verified ID
To restore your posting access:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Orders & Subscriptions
- Reactivate or renew your subscription

If Your Payment Failed
Most expired Verified IDs are caused by payment issues.
👉 Update Credit Card Details (PayFast)
Once payment is successful, your Verified ID access is usually restored automatically.
Important Things to Know
- Your Verified ID number does not change
- You do not need to create a new listing
- Posting rules still apply once reactivated
