Update Card Details (PayFast)
Update on the I Love Fourways or Blue Heart website:
- Login to your account
- Click on "Debits"
- Click/Tap on "View" on an active "Subscription"
- Click/Tap on "Change Payment"
- Scroll down and click/tap on "Change Payment Method"
- Page will reload to "PayFast" payment page.
- Add new card details, followed by clicking/tapping on "Save Card Details"

New PayFast Dashboard
To change the card that is linked to a subscription, do the following:
- Log in to your PayFast account.
- Navigate to My Buyer Account > My subscriptions.
- Under My subscriptions history, find the subscription that you want to edit the card on.
- Under the Actions column click “…” and select Edit card details.
- Select the card you would like to change the subscription to, or if you want to add a new card click New card. If you add a new card you will need to repeat steps 2-4.
Please note: When you change the card linked to the subscription you will be redirected to the 3D Secure page to verify your card with an amount of R0.
Old PayFast Dashboard
To change the card that is linked to a subscription, do the following:
- Log in to your PayFast account.
- Navigate to Transactions and click Subscriptions or Ad-Hoc Agreements.
- Under the appropriate tab, find the subscription that you want to edit the card on.
- Under Actions click the "card" icon to edit the card.
- Select the card you would like to change the subscription to, or if you want to add a new card click New Card. If you add a new card you will then to repeat steps 2-4.
Please note: When you change the card linked to the subscription you will be redirected to the 3D Secure page to verify your card with an amount of R0.
