Update Card Details (PayFast)
If your card has expired, changed, or a payment failed, you can update your card details securely through PayFast. This ensures your Listing ID subscription remains active.
How Card Payments Work
All subscription payments are processed securely by PayFast. For security reasons, we do not store your card details on our system.
Your card is linked to your subscription via PayFast and can be updated at any time.
How to Update Your Card Details
- Check your email for a PayFast subscription or payment notification
- Click the PayFast link in the email to manage your subscription
- Log in to PayFast (or continue as prompted)
- Select your subscription
- Choose Update Card Details
- Save your new card information
Once updated, PayFast may ask you to confirm the change with your bank for security.
When You Should Update Your Card
- Your card has expired
- You received a new card from your bank
- A payment was declined or failed
- You want to use a different card
What Happens After Updating
- Your subscription will continue using the new card
- Failed payments may be retried automatically
- Your Listing ID stays the same
Posting access is usually restored shortly after payment is successful.
