This guide applies to both I Love Fourways and Blue Heart Communities members.
This page shows your Verified ID subscription, billing status, and payment history. Your subscription controls whether your Verified ID is active and able to post in our Facebook community groups.
What You Can Manage Here
- View your active Verified ID subscription
- See renewal dates and payment history
- Check subscription status (active, paused, cancelled)
- Reactivate an expired subscription
Active Subscription
If your subscription is active:
- Your Verified ID is valid
- You can post once per day in approved Facebook group(s)
- Your posts are eligible for approval (subject to rules)

Expired or Inactive Subscription
If your subscription is expired or inactive:
- Your Verified ID is paused
- Your posts may not be approved
- Your Verified ID number is not deleted
To restore access:
👉 Relist or Reactivate Your Verified ID
Payment Issues
Most inactive subscriptions are caused by failed payments.
- Expired or cancelled card
- Insufficient funds
- Bank or security restrictions

Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your Verified ID subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing and removes posting access once the subscription ends.

Important Things to Know
- Your Verified ID number never changes
- You do not need to create a new Verified ID to resume posting
- Posting access depends on subscription status
