This page shows your Listing ID subscription, billing status, and payment history. Your subscription controls whether your Listing ID is active and able to post in our Facebook community groups.


What You Can Manage Here

  • View your active Listing ID subscription
  • See renewal dates and payment history
  • Check subscription status (active, paused, cancelled)
  • Reactivate an expired subscription

Active Subscription

If your subscription is active:

  • Your Listing ID is valid
  • You can post once per day in approved Facebook group(s)
  • Your posts are eligible for approval (subject to rules)

Expired or Inactive Subscription

If your subscription is expired or inactive:

  • Your Listing ID is paused
  • Your posts may not be approved
  • Your Listing ID number is not deleted

To restore access:

👉 Relist or Reactivate Your Listing ID


Payment Issues

Most inactive subscriptions are caused by failed payments.

  • Expired or cancelled card
  • Insufficient funds
  • Bank or security restrictions

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your Listing ID subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing and removes posting access once the subscription ends.

Important Things to Know

  • Your Listing ID number never changes
  • You do not need to create a new Listing ID to resume posting
  • Posting access depends on subscription status
