Forgot Password / Lost Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it to regain access to your account. This affects account login only — your Listing ID is not changed or deleted.

How to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the login page
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter the email address linked to your account
4. Check your inbox and follow the reset link

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Important Things to Know

• Your Listing ID remains the same
• Resetting your password does not affect your subscription
• Your posting access is unchanged unless your subscription is inactive

Can’t Remember Which Email You Used?

Make sure you are using the email address that was used when you signed up.

If you still can’t access your account, log in attempts may fail until the correct email is used.

After Logging In

Once logged in, you can manage:

• My Account
• Edit Your Listing ID Details
• Orders & Subscriptions

Still Can’t Log In?

If you’ve reset your password but still can’t post, your Listing ID subscription may be inactive.
