Relist or Expired Listing
An expired listing means your Listing ID subscription is no longer active.
When your Listing ID expires or is cancelled, you lose permission to post in our Facebook community groups. Your Listing ID itself is not deleted — it is simply inactive.
Why a Listing ID Expires
- A subscription payment failed or was declined
- Your subscription was cancelled
- Your billing details are no longer valid
If your payment failed, posting access may be paused until payment is resolved.
How to Reactivate Your Listing ID
To restore your posting access:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Orders & Subscriptions
- Reactivate or renew your subscription
👉 Manage Orders & Subscriptions
If Your Payment Failed
Most expired Listing IDs are caused by payment issues.
👉 Update Credit Card Details (PayFast)
Once payment is successful, your Listing ID access is usually restored automatically.
Important Things to Know
- Your Listing ID number does not change
- You do not need to create a new listing
- Posting rules still apply once reactivated
