You are editing your Listing ID details — not a traditional business profile.

Your Listing ID controls the information linked to your posting access in our Facebook community groups.

Keeping your details up to date helps ensure your posts are approved and trusted.

What You Can Edit

You may update the following details at any time:

• Business name
• Services offered
• Physical address (used for 6km radius verification)
• Listing category / categories
• Business description
• Contact number

These details help moderators verify your posts and ensure you are posting in the correct area.

What You Cannot Edit

• Your Listing ID (this is permanent)
• Your subscription type or billing plan
• Posting limits or group access rules

How to Edit Your Details

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to My Account
3. Select Edit Listing
4. Update your details and save

• Changes may take a short time to reflect in moderation checks
• Editing your details does not reset posting limits
• Your posts must still include your Listing ID at the top
