This guide applies to both I Love Fourways and Blue Heart Communities members.
You can cancel your Verified ID subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

Quick Summary
When you cancel:
- Future billing stops immediately
- Your Verified ID stays active until the end of your current billing period
- No further payments will be taken
- You can reactivate at any time from your account dashboard
We don't offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
How to Cancel
Blue Heart Communities
- Log in at https://blueheart.africa/myaccount/verified-ids/
- Locate the active Verified ID you wish to cancel
- Click Cancel and confirm
I Love Fourways
- Log in at https://ilovefourways.co.za/myaccount/verified-ids/
- Locate the active Verified ID you wish to cancel
- Click Cancel and confirm
