Cancel My Listing

You can cancel your Listing ID subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing while allowing your current listing access to continue until the end of your paid period.


What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription and future billing will be cancelled immediately
  • Your Listing ID access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have posting access until your renewal date
  • No further payments will be taken after cancellation
  • Your listing will automatically expire once the current term ends

Cancelling does not remove your listing or posting access immediately unless your paid period has already ended.


How to Cancel Your Listing

You can cancel your Listing ID subscription directly from your account dashboard.


Blue Heart Communities

  1. Log in to your account:

    https://blueheart.africa/myaccount/listings

  2. Locate the active listing you wish to cancel
  3. Click “Cancel”
  4. Confirm your cancellation

I Love Fourways

  1. Log in to your account:

    https://ilovefourways.co.za/myaccount/listings

  2. Locate the active listing you wish to cancel
  3. Click “Cancel”
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Once cancelled, your subscription status will update immediately.


Important to Know

  • Cancellations apply to future billing only
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period
  • You can re-activate your listing at any time by re-listing from your account
