Why Can’t I See the Group?
If you’re unable to view an I Love Fourways or Blue Heart Communities (BHC) Facebook Group, there are a few common reasons. In most cases, this is related to Facebook group membership or approval — not your Listing ID.
Possible Reasons
- You may not have joined the Facebook group yet
- Your request to join is still pending approval
- You may have been removed or blocked due to Facebook group rules or moderation
- Your Listing ID subscription may be inactive or expired

What You Can Do
- Make sure you’re logged into your personal Facebook profile
- Check that you’ve requested to join the correct group
- Allow time for join requests to be approved
- Review the group rules before posting
- Confirm your Listing ID subscription is active
