Why Hasn’t My Post Been Approved Yet?

We receive a large number of posts every day, and each one is reviewed by our moderator team before being approved. This helps keep the groups safe, relevant, and free from spam.

Why There May Be a Delay

• Your post requires additional checks
• The content needs to be reviewed against group rules
• Your post is missing required information (such as a Verified ID, where applicable)
• The moderation queue is particularly busy

Posts are approved in the order they are reviewed, and timing may vary.

Important to Know

• We do not offer a guaranteed approval time or SLA
• Posts are approved as quickly as possible by our volunteer moderation team
• Sending follow-up messages will not speed up approval

Tip for Faster Approval

If you are registered to post using a Verified ID, make sure:

• Your Verified ID is included at the top of your post
• Your post follows all group rules
• You are posting from your personal Facebook profile
