This guide applies to both I Love Fourways and Blue Heart Communities members.

Your Verified ID gives you permission to post. How you advertise determines how well your posts perform.

Use the tips below to improve visibility, trust, and engagement in our Facebook community groups.

1. Always Start With Your Verified ID

Your Verified ID must appear at the very top of every advertising post.

  • ✅ Correct: #BHC12345
  • ❌ Incorrect: #BHC 12345, BHC#12345, #12345

Posts without a valid Verified ID may not be approved.

2. Keep Your Message Simple

People scroll quickly. Clear and short posts perform best.

A good post answers:

  • What you offer
  • Where you are based (suburb/area)
  • Why someone should contact you
  • How to get in touch (WhatsApp / DM / Call)

Avoid long paragraphs or unnecessary detail.

3. Use a Strong Image

Posts with clear images get more engagement.

  • Use real photos where possible
  • Avoid posters with small or unreadable text
  • Recommended image size: 1200 × 630 px

4. Post Consistently (But Don’t Spam)

  • You may post once per day
  • Rotate your message (offer, reminder, testimonial, example work)
  • Do not post the exact same wording every day

Consistency builds familiarity and trust over time.

5. Keep It Local

Our communities are suburb-focused.

  • Only advertise within your allowed 6km radius
  • Mention your suburb or service area clearly
  • Local relevance improves approval and engagement

6. Build Trust

  • Use real photos and honest descriptions
  • Encourage happy customers to comment
  • Reply quickly to messages and comments

Trust matters more than flashy advertising.

7. If Your Post Was Not Approved

Common reasons include:

  • Missing or incorrect Verified ID
  • Posting outside your allowed area
  • Image or content not following group rules
