How to Cancel Your Subscription & Change Packages
This guide applies to both I Love Fourways and Blue Heart Communities members.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing while keeping your Verified ID active until the end of your current paid period.

Important: Packages Are Separate Products
Our packages are not upgradeable subscriptions. Each package is its own separate product, which means:
- You cannot upgrade or downgrade within the same subscription
- To change packages, cancel your current subscription, wait for it to end, and sign up again on the new package
What Happens When You Cancel
When you cancel your subscription:
- Future billing is cancelled immediately
- Your Verified ID stays active until the end of your current billing period
- You'll continue to have posting access until your renewal date
- No further payments will be taken after cancellation
- Your access automatically expires once the current term ends
Cancelling does not remove your Verified ID or posting access immediately unless your paid period has already ended.
"Pending Cancellation" Is Normal
After cancelling, your subscription will usually show as Pending Cancellation. This is expected and means:
- Your subscription is cancelled
- Your Verified ID stays active until the next renewal date
- No further payments will be taken
You don't need to do anything else.
Why You Might Not Be Able to Change Packages Immediately
If your Verified ID is still active (because it's pending cancellation), the system may prevent you from signing up again until your current subscription fully ends.

- Log in at https://blueheart.africa/myaccount/verified-ids/
- Locate the active Verified ID you wish to cancel
- Click Cancel and confirm
I Love Fourways
- Log in at https://ilovefourways.co.za/myaccount/verified-ids/
- Locate the active Verified ID you wish to cancel
- Click Cancel and confirm
How to Sign Up on a New Package
Once your subscription has fully ended, you can sign up again:

- Blue Heart Communities: https://blueheart.africa/get-verified/
Important to Know
- Cancellations apply to future billing only
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period
- WooCommerce does not automatically transfer remaining days or pro-rate package changes
- If you cancel early, you may lose any remaining days on your current subscription
