How to Cancel Your Subscription & Change Packages
(I Love Fourways / Blue Heart)
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing while allowing your current listing access to continue until the end of your paid period.
Please note: packages are not upgradeable subscriptions.
Each package is a separate product.
This means:
You cannot upgrade or downgrade inside the same subscription.
To change packages, you must cancel your current subscription and then sign up again on the new package.
What Happens When You Cancel
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription and future billing will be cancelled immediately
- Your listing access will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have posting access until your renewal date
- No further payments will be taken after cancellation
- Your listing will automatically expire once the current term ends
Cancelling does not remove your listing or posting access immediately unless your paid period has already ended.
⚠️ “Pending Cancellation” is Normal
After cancelling, your subscription will usually show:
Pending Cancellation
This means:
- Your subscription is cancelled
- Your listing stays active until your next renewal date
- No further payments will be taken
Why You Might Not Be Able to Change Packages Immediately
If your listing is still active (because it is pending cancellation), the system may prevent you from signing up again until the current subscription fully ends.

If you want to change packages right away and the system won’t allow you to re-list:

Log in to your account:

- Locate the active listing you wish to cancel
- Click “Cancel”
- Confirm your cancellation

Log in to your account:
https://ilovefourways.co.za/myaccount/listings
- Locate the active listing you wish to cancel
- Click “Cancel”
- Confirm your cancellation

Important to Know
- Cancellations apply to future billing only
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period
- WooCommerce does not automatically transfer remaining days or pro-rate package changes
- If you change packages early, you may lose any remaining days on your current subscription
