Why Was My Job Post Declined?
Blue Heart Communities does not allow job seeker posts (for example: “Looking for work” or “Available for hire”) in our main Facebook community groups.
Why This Rule Exists
We receive a very high volume of job seeker posts. Allowing them in the main groups would quickly overwhelm the community feed and reduce visibility for local discussions and updates.
To keep the groups organised, relevant, and useful, job seeker posts are redirected to a dedicated space.
What Is Allowed
- Job opportunities and vacancies may be posted in the main groups
- Businesses may advertise open positions using their Listing ID (where applicable)
